New Year’s Resolutions are a divisive subject. People seem to either love them or hate them. If you’ve never tried one before, this year is a great time to give one a go. If nothing else, they get your creativity flowing and can shine a light on some uncomfortable truths about yourself, leading to some good self reflection.
Personally I loved making resolutions. They’re a nice way to shake things up and get started on some things I’ve been procrastinating about. If you want to try one but are stuck on what exactly it should be, then look no further.
